Common treatment areas: Abdomen, Arms, Back, Thighs, Hips, Butt, Face, and Neck

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW IN PREPARATION FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Before Your Appointment:

  • Please reschedule for a later date if you are on your period.

  • Do not book if : (have cancer, any kidney/heart/liver problems, uncontrolled diabetes, on antibiotics or steroids, have a pacemaker or metal implant, have epilepsy, history of blood clots, or if you are pregnancy or breastfeeding)

  • Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment and easy on/off shoes.

Food/Water Intake:

  • To ensure the best results, please drink plenty of water the day before your appointment & 3 days following your appointment. 2-3L (Key rule is to drink 1/2 your body weight in oz)

  • Very important you do not drink alcohol or caffeine the day before your service and 72 hour after your service. Drinking will cause a lack of results.

  • Low fat/carb diet is recommended, stay away from sugary snacks & carbonated drinks.

  • Avoid fasting (fasting may delay results and the body's ability to break down fats)

  • Please do not eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before service appointment.

After Your Appointment:

  • For longer lasting results, wearing a waist trainer, Faja or compression garment after stomach services is highly recommended. If you do not have one, we sell waist trainers. Also, wearing a Buttlifter after gluteal enhancements is highly recommended.

  • Remember to drink plenty of water the 3 days following your appointment. 2-3L (Key rule is to drink 1/2 your body weight in oz)

  • Temporary bruising, soreness & redness may occur.

  • Within two hours of a treatment, perform 30-45 minutes of cardio-vascular exercise in order to create the energy demand that will facilitate metabolism.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Most people will see results immediately after the first session. However, it is very important to follow proper aftercare instructions to maximize your results. Generally results continue to emerge in the days following the treatment as your body begins to expel the fat and toxins.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

Every client is different, there is no set number of sessions that guarantees a certain result. Most people see the best results between 6-12 treatment sessions.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TREATMENTS?

Sessions are recommended to be 3-7 days apart for optimal results.

IS BODY CONTOURING INVASIVE?

Body contouring is 100% non invasive! It's the perfect option for those who do not want any invasive procedures or to maintain results for those who have had cosmetic surgery! Body contouring can involve several modalities; such as, wood therapy, laser lipo, cavitation, vacuum therapy, radio-frequency, and body wraps.

WHAT WOULD MAKE ME A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR BODY CONTOURING?

A good candidate is someone who will follow proper aftercare instructions. Someone who exercises and eats good but still has problem areas.
