Policies

PAYMENT POLICY

A Deposit is Required for all Appointments, the deposit will go towards overall costs of Services. Deposits are Non-Refundable/ Non-Transferable. Deposits are applied to your overall payment. If you need to cancel your appointment it is recommended you reschedule it 1st. Only cancel if you are comfortable paying a double deposit, or losing your deposit.  


Remaining balance is due once services are rendered. I accept cash and credit cards. I do not accept personal checks. 

LATE ARRIVALS

A 10 Minute Grace Period is allotted. If you are over 10 minutes late, please note your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule with a New Deposit. Please note there may also be a Late Service Fee added to your appointment, if we can still accommodate your appointment. 

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Rescheduling: Appointment rescheduling can be conducted via Appointment Link, Clients are allotted 24 hours for our appointment reschedule. Deposits will be forfeited for any appointment rescheduled with less than 24 HOURS notice. 

 

*Clients are permitted 2 appointment reschedules in a scheduled appointment time. After 2 times your appointment will graciously be cancelled, and you will have to reschedule for a time that your schedule permits. (For example, if you have scheduled a facial for July 1st, you will be allotted only two times to reschedule that July 1st appointment). *  

 

No Call No Shows: No Call No Show Clients will not be allotted an appointment in the future. Cancellation Policy: 24-Hour Notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 HOURS notice will result in loss of deposit.

 

Please note all booked appointments must be accepted and confirmed before the appointment is made. You will receive a text message stating this. It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, I will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply. 

PRICES AND SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. I will do my best to keep clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. 

REFUNDS

Products, services and gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.  We do not process refunds unless your order was received broken, defective or not functioning as advertised.  If there's a problem with your order, please email info@glowtogo.co.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home as you may have to remove jewelry for some services. Glow To Go Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

Orders will ship within 2-3 business days.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS - BODY CONTOURING

Please advise me at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services. Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we do not provide body contouring services to clients with the following conditions: 

 

  • Pregnant

  • Breastfeeding

  • HIV/AIDS

  • Cancer

  • Undergoing chemotherapy or immune therapy

  • Immunodeficiency

  • Lupus

  • High blood pressure (uncontrolled)

  • Diabetes (uncontrolled)

  • Keloid scarring

  • Excessive pigmentation

  • Vein inflammation

  • Prednisone and other steroid medications (treatment will increase inflammation)

  • Chemical peels and laser resurfacing - schedule for a later date

  • Sunburn - schedule for a later date

  • Patients with blood clot or coagulation disorders 

  • Thyroid Disorders

  • Patients with Epilepsy

  • Less than 3 months post op cosmetic surgery 

  • Currently on antibiotics or steroids - schedule for a later date

  • Currently menstruating - schedule for a later date

MEDICAL CONDITIONS - FACIALS

Please advise me at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services. Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions: 

  • Cancer 

  • Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure 

  • Swollen or painful lymph nodes 

  • Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis 

  • New injury of any kind 

  • Open sores 

  • Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid) 

  • Diabetes 

  • Blood Disorder and Disease

Please note that individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, You must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed. Individuals prescribed Accutane ( Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before most facial treatments can be performed.

CHILDREN & VISITORS ACCOMPANYING THE CLIENT

​Due to our limited seating and small space the facilities are reserved for clients only. I am unable to accommodate visitors or children accompanying you during your service. 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

All services will only be provided to adults 18 years or older.
